How to pay

How to order

​

1.Get in touch with me via email - bia.dakli@googlemail.com or instagram @biancadakli.kunst and let me know which print or artwork you like!

2.From there I will need your name and address for shipping or delivering the artwork/ print myself or pick up.

I usually prefer to get the payment first, via bank transfer or paypal or cash and than give the payment . It happened way too often that people were saying they wanted to buy and reserve a painting and than just desappeared without paying.

  1. Send the following details to this address bia.dakli@googlemail.com : name, surname, address (including city, postal code and country)

  2. I will inform you on shipping costs

  3. You give me confirmation of your order

  4. I will send you an invoice with my bank account details

  5. You transfer the money through bank transfer or paypal/cash 

  6. As soon as I receive the payment I will ship or deliver the artwork/print

Shipping

Free pick up or ​home delivery in Berlin

​

Shipping costs for all other destinations may vary based on the shipping service (Deutsche Post, UPS, DHL, etc.), the country and the dimension of the artwork. The final price will be communicated before issuing the invoice. You are free to cancel your order after the shipping costs are communicated.

Delays

​

All orders are shipped 2 to 5 working days following the order.

Depending on the destination, orders may take up to 15 days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided when the artwork is shipped.

 

 

 

Packaging

​

All artworks will be wrapped in protective bubble wrap and sent in a carton package that may vary according to the dimension of the artwork.

Art prints will be rolled up in tubes or cardboard elongated boxes for posters. 

​

 

Certificate of authenticity

​

All artworks are signed by me in the back and will be provided with a certificate of authenticity. The prints are signed with a stamp.
