PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

How to pay

  1. Send the following details to this address bia.dakli@gmail.com : name, surname, address (including city, postal code and country)

  2. I will inform you on shipping costs

  3. You give me confirmation of your order

  4. I will send you an invoice with my bank account details

  5. You transfer the money through bank wir transfer

  6. As soon as I receive the payment I will ship the artwork/print

Shipping

Free pick up or ​home delivery in Berlin (only for artworks)

Shipping costs for all other destinations may vary based on the shipping service (Deutsche Post, UPS, DHL, etc.), the country and the dimension of the artwork. The final price will be communicated before issuing the invoice. You are free to cancel your order after the shipping costs are communicated.

Delays

​

All orders are shipped 2 to 5 working days following the order.

Depending on the destination, orders may take up to 15 days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided when the artwork is shipped.

 

 

 

Packaging

​

All artworks will be wrapped in protective bubble wrap and sent in a carton package that may vary according to the dimension of the artwork.

Art prints will be rolled up in tubes or cardboard elongated boxes for posters. 

​

 

Certificate of authenticity

​

All artworks and prints are signed from the artist (me) in the back and will be provided with a certificate of authenticity.
